1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BHOS ("the Service"), operated by Jetcal ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BHOS is a personal dashboard application that allows you to create customizable widget layouts, connect your own APIs, and view data from various services. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Use the API proxy feature to attack, scan, or probe internal networks or third-party services without authorization.
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures.
  • Upload malicious files or content.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

5. API Keys & Third-Party Services

  • You are solely responsible for the API keys you store in BHOS and for complying with the terms of service of each third-party API provider.
  • We encrypt your API keys at rest but cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for charges incurred on your third-party API accounts as a result of using the Service.

6. AI Features

When you use AI-powered features (formatting, chat, field mapping), your data is sent to the AI provider associated with your configured API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Grok). We do not control how these providers process your data. Review their respective terms and privacy policies before use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Jetcal. All rights reserved. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create or store in the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetcal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
